As the Chief Executive Officer of Fast Track Recruits, Daryl Wills brings a wealth of experience and vision to the team. A proven track record of discovering under-the-radar talent, Daryl works directly with collegiate coaches to match players with the best college to further their athletic pursuits.
Combined with his relationships with the coaching staffs all over the country and his reputation within the field, Daryl consistently delivers exceptional value to his clients.
Daryl's philosophy is centered on organic scouting techniques, authentic film evaluation, and fostering a culture of excellence amongst its players. Fast Track Recruits (FTR) does not rely on popular scouting lists or "gurus." Instead, we focus on an individual's skill set, on-field performance, and market potential to determine their rightful path.
Daryl's football journey began as a player at LaPlata High School in Charles County, MD, followed by Montgomery College in Rockville, MD.
Throughout his playing career, Daryl witnessed firsthand the inequities of the scouting process and how many talented football players were consistently overlooked. After his playing days came to an end, he dedicated his life to helping players market themselves to the highest levels of college football. #FTR
